I'm currently an occupational therapy student getting my doctorate at the University of Michigan-Flint. Our profession advocates for the needs of others, and is rooted in supporting and uplifting everyone's abilities. We've had training and education with pediatric to geriatric populations. We have been trained and taught to work with certain pieces of medical equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom equipment, and other adaptive equipment used in every day activities. I'm really passionate about walking alongside of people and helping them be as independent as possible, however that looks! It's super important to me that people engage in meaningful, everyday activities that they need to do or want to do. I look forward to working alongside you to make that happen!
