About Michelle

I have lived in Arvada most of my life with my husband and three children. My experience includes working as a paraprofessional in a K-8 School with children 4-15 years of age as well as running an in-home daycare for children 6 months to 10 years old. Working with kids is incredibly rewarding because of their energy, curiosity, and potential for growth. They bring a sense of joy and wonder to any environment, and helping them learn, develop, and overcome challenges feels both meaningful and fulfilling. Engaging with children often means tapping into my creativity, patience, and empathy, which can make every interaction unique and enriching. The opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives, whether by teaching, mentoring, or simply being a supportive presence, is deeply satisfying to me.
