Hello my name is Michelle P. and I been working in the health care field for 18+ years. I work on a 43 bed unit assisting with all activities of daily living. Along with all different types of patient care to meet each Individuals Needs (Alzheimer's dementia, stroke pts, ambulatory non ambulatory cognitive disorders and other special needs related care. I also have experience with Adhd, autism, Odd, along with speech and development delays. I myself have one special needs son. And my grandson is developmentally delayed. So I understand first hand with one might be going through and the help he or she may need. I also do one on one companion assignments.
