About Michelle

I love children and have many years of experience with little ones. I have four precious children who are happy adults now and the light of my life. I was a nanny for three children before that, and while raising my family I've been a teacher, counselor, guide and tutor. I taught my children to read and write and so much more, and have always taken a very active role in their education. In addition, I was a substitute teacher for 1st through 3rd grades at a private school, I was a tutor and taught kids at a co-op. I've also helped at summer camps and enrichment activities in many different roles. I am kind and loving, good at offering wisdom and guidance, and have a warm and friendly personality. Children are precious gifts! I believe that it's an adult's job to help the next generation grow up to be healthy, happy and kind and I'm good at offering inspiration, guidance and encouragement. I'm hoping to find a great fit with a family and create a warm and healthy relationship with them. My guidance style is patient, grounded and kind. I encourage imagination, happiness, curiosity and critical thinking. I will tell your children that we all make a great difference in our world with loving kindness.
