About Michelle

I am a semi-retired Occupational Therapist. During my career I worked primarily in an inpatient neuro-rehabilitation setting with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, total hip/knee/shoulder replacements, and post-open heart surgery patients. As an OT, my job has been to help patients maximize their independence with activities of daily living. I have worked with young adults to the frail elderly, including dementia patients. I am now interested in finding a job where I can provide one on one care to seniors in need of assistance with their activities of daily living wherever they reside. I am married with grown children. We are active members of our local church.
