Michelle took care of my daughter when she was only 4 months old during the scariest of times to have a baby.. just as covid was starting in 2020. After becoming a new mom in the pandemic I completely felt out of control and new I needed some help. Michelle came for her interview with every safety precaution possible and we hired her to be our nanny on the spot. I met with so many caretakers that I never imagined any of them could quickly become an integral part of our family until I met Michelle. She took the most amazing care of our daughter, Sierra, who is now turning 3. Sierra absolutely adores Michelle. Michelle is a strong leader who is quick thinking and full of energy! She would crawl around in the floor with my daughter and pretend to be a dog. She would sing the most beautiful songs while putting her to sleep I felt myself dozing off at times lol. The two of them would go on the most incredible adventures together, and I was able to keep my career while I know my daughter was not only being taken care of, but she was experiencing life and learning and having fun while doing so. After having my second baby, Michelle stepped right in to help with him as well. I trust her with all my heart and know that once you meet her, you will see why Michelle has become a part of our family.
