About Michelle

Caring for children has always been a central part of my life. As the oldest sister, it's second nature to me! I began babysitting at 14 for family and friends, discovering the joy and fulfillment in nurturing young minds. This passion has since grown into a calling. For the past three years, I've been a youth group leader, creating a safe space where kids can be themselves, build friendships, and grow in confidence. As an Educational Director for middle school girls for two years, I designed programs that fostered learning, self-discovery, and resilience. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. My mission is to be a positive, consistent presence, making each moment meaningful through playful activities or heartfelt conversations.
