Dependable, caring and fun. Michelle has watched my two busy boys from 3 >4 and 5 > 6 years and they love her. She has a way of managing their energy and supporting their brotherly relationship. She is punctual and if we needed help with dinner, bath, etc she was able to do so with ease. She is amazing!!
