I assisted on a daily basis with an intensive therapy program for my 3-year-old niece who has a brain injury. Accompanied my sister's family on 4 occasions to the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential in Philadelphia to learn how to properly carry out the therapy and to care for my niece.

She is an excellent person. I have a brain injured girl and she helped me in any way you can imagine. She worked for me for 3years from Monday to Friday and she always had patience, excellent attitude, with a smile, she help me to make my daughter's therapy a game so it wasn't tedious and my make my girl cooperate much better. She also helped me to look for material (images, words, singles, couplets, sentences, encyclopedic knowledge,etc) for my daughter's therapy program. She went with me at an institue in Philadelphia where we take our daughter for her therapy program. Is such an excellent human being. And when my daughter's cousins visit us Michelle took care of her and make the kids play with her carefully and also had patience and other ways to distract and take care of the other kids.
