I would love the opportunity to work with someone with special needs. I am a part-time nanny for two infants but would love some part-time hours working with someone whom I can serve and help grow. I have my B. A. from Washington College in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and my M. A. from Liberty University in Professional Counseling. I have worked as an intern working with students with learning disorders and ADHD. During my graduate school internship, I worked as an intern at a community counseling center. I worked with children who had ADHD, Bipolar, Major Depression, and PTSD. I then worked as a Child/Adolescent counselor at my local health department. I worked with children and teenagers with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Asperger's, and mild Autism. I do not have extensive experience working with children with more severe needs, but would love the opportunity to learn and grow.
