With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for caring for individuals, particularly in geriatric care. Throughout my career, I have worked in various healthcare settings, gaining valuable expertise in managing and providing compassionate care to elderly patients. I've also been a medical assistant for over 15 years . One of the most meaningful experiences of my career was personally caring for my grandmother, who lived with dementia. This hands-on experience deepened my empathy and reinforced my commitment to delivering patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and dignity for those facing cognitive challenges.
