Hi! My name is Michelle. I am currently 25 years old and have been working in the childcare field since 2019. I've worked with kids of all ages ranging from infant to 5 years old. I also have experience with children with special needs (autism, ADHD, etc.) and feel comfortable working with those who need special accommodations. Household chores like laundry, cleaning, and meal-making is no problem for me as well. After working in classrooms all these years, I am looking to switch my career to where I can make more of an impact in children's lives in the comfort of their home. Being a former teacher assistant, I believe that structure, routine, and positive reinforcement is crucial to a child's development.
