Hi I'm Michelle. I would describe myself as kind, patient, fun, and creative. I've lived in Naperville most of my life and know the area well. I love it here. I have two beautiful kids a girl & boy, 12&6. They are my life! I have always loved being around kids.. their fun, innocence, and happiness. I babysat/nannied throughout my whole life since I was 12. Experience with children ranging from newborn-13 years. I think being a mom is a nice thing to have in a nanny/sitter because they understand that feeling of their kids being secure and well taken cared of. Its everything to them. Im a firm believer in gentle parenting, redirection, using kind words, positive outlook brings positive outcome. Im ready to work with a family in the way that I take care of my own. I was also a Girl Scout Leader for 3 years. :) Available 3:30pm-8:30 p.m. Could possibly go later if it works out. Days are flexible. Looking for 15-30hrs/week. W2 preferred.

Michelle is thoughtful, caring and creative. She is outgoing, fun , sweet & loving. She is also very responsible. She is a Girl Scout troop leader for her daughters troop. That speaks volumes right there. I have known her since she was little. She babysat my daughter when she was younger. I trust her 100%. You would be lucky to have her be a part of your family unit.
