Michelle is such a delight! I spoke to multiple references who had nothing but good things to say and we have since used her weekly as a babysitter. I have a one year old who is a challenge and she handles him with ease. You can tell she's been around this age before and just "gets it". She also has no problem having fun and watching my 9 year old and her friends. She's calm and flexible and very easy to work with. We are so thankful we found Michelle and highly recommend her.
