Michelle worked for us for over a year and she became part of our family. She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and reliable. She helped immensely with our boys getting them on a consistent daily schedule and helping them learn to eat new foods and explore the world. She was outstanding with our baby and helped from the newborn to toddler stage. I would hire Michelle again in a heartbeat and the only reason she's not working for us now is because she had to move to be closer to her family.
