About Michelle

I'm Michelle, a compassionate and organized caregiver with over seven years of experience nurturing kids ages 5-15. Growing up as the eldest sibling and cousin in Rockville, MD I naturally took on the role of babysitter, though my mom jokingly called it "free labor." I've managed early-morning routines, homework help, school pickups and creative afternoons filled with arts, crafts and soccer. After developing strong communication & problem-solving skills in customer service roles, I'm returning to my true passion: childcare. As I prepare for higher education, babysitting and nannying allowing me to flexibly support families while creating safe, joyful spaces where kids thrive.
