I am seeking a part-time errand/special needs job position. I worked for roughly 5 years as a Respite & Habilitation Provider and ABA provider where I worked with children ages 4-22 with autism and other intellectual disabilities. I am experienced in carrying out Individual Support/Education Plans (ISPs/IEPs) created by client families and healthcare professionals, monitoring and tracking goal progress, working on independent living and activities of daily living through using hand-over-hand assistance, cueing, prompting, supervision, and heavily assisted with activities of daily living. Since I'm experienced in ABA (about a year) I also have an additional experience working with kiddos with challenging behaviors. My main priorities are child safety, cleanliness, organization, and having fun! I enjoy working on little projects and activities as directed by parents that are fun and keep the kids engaged! I pride myself on being balanced, efficient, reliable, and responsible.

Michelle was amazing. She was always dedicated and passionate about what she does. She was thoughtful and very patient with my son E, who is autistic. My son definitely progressed in his speech and was able to communicate more with his needs thanks to her help! I will forever be grateful for Michelle. My son had many ABA therapist before Michelle, and in my opinion she was the best!
