Agreed to do work for me, so I rejected multiple other applicants. Took today off work to meet her at home and review outdoor tasks, but then she cancelled, saying she preferred to work on her own yard. Wait... whaaat?! So why apply for a job, accept it, then say you don't want to work? Total waste of my time, plus I now can't find anyone else to do this work today. Just don't get it.
