Michelle is a very loyal and responsible person and reliable. Once she is committed to a job that is transparent and guarantees what she is looking for, she will do her best to meet those needs. She has worked with children , as well as the elderly. She evened watched my niece a couple of times when she was younger. She will guarantee optimal care for both your child or children and the elderly when given the opportunity, and guarantee the right compensation. I would give her a chance, she is worth it!
