Hi my name is Michelle, I have 30yrs experience, in high school, I took child development for 4yrs, worked as teachers aide for Winchester daycare ages 2-4 yrs, home daycare 0-6months and 2olds, YMCA 4yr olds, attended PG college revived my 64hr degree and worked for Honey Bunny daycare as a head teacher for 2yr olds, took time off when I got pregnant with my twin girls, didn't get back into teaching till 2007 when I went back to school and renewed my Daycare one and Two, worked for Kids Academy for 2yrs until laid off, met my wonderful husband and took a nanny job for a wonderful little boy, Started watching him at 8months old, was with family 4 half years, some of the things we love to do is read, take walks, swim, play games, he's really good at cards!!! Draw chalk on driveway, he's ready for school now, and I loved watching him grow into a a really confident little boy, I'm looking to grow with another little one and family. I love pets!!! I have now been a nanny for 11yrs.

Michelle is THE BEST. She started watching our first child starting at 6 months, and has been our nanny for almost 3 years now, watching our 2 year old daughter and 8 month old son. She was responsible for light meal and bottle (formula/breast milk) preparation, managing the kids schedules (including naps), engaging in developmental age appropriate activities, and ensuring the kids were safe and having fun! She is well versed in child development and behavior. I can't say enough positive things about her care for our kids, her lovely personality, punctuality, communication, and confidence in what she does . Her experience with all ages and personalities makes her a wonderful and trusted child care provider that we would be happy to recommend. She has helped our children develop speech and motor skills, meet milestones, and build their imaginations and curiosity! She never hesitates to speak up if she has a suggestion, concern, or question. More important than anything, our children adore Michelle. Our children are always overjoyed the minute she walks in the door, and she puts a smile on all our faces. Again, we can't recommend Michelle's services enough to any family in need of a hard-working, honest, and caring nanny.
