About Michelle

Hi! My name is Michelle and I've been working in childcare for close to 20 years. I started as an Infant teacher at a daycare for 5 years before making the switch to be a private nanny. I was with my first nanny family for 8 years and cared for their 2 children ages 5 and 3 months when I began. I did normal daily care for the baby. I also picked up older boy from school and helped with homework. I helped with potty training, drove the kids to activities, and planned activities for the kids. I've worked with several families since and have done individual care, a nanny share, and cared for siblings. I believe every child is an individual and should be treated as such and do my beat to tailor my approach to accommodate their personal needs and personalities. Open communication between myself and the families I work with is very important and necessary.
