About Shelby

I am a financial analyst with a masters from the University of Florida. In high school and college I was a county summer camp counselor, where I worked 3 summers with approximately 100 middle school students a day implementing a curriculum created with my coworkers. I have completed the American Red Cross Babysitter's Training Course and am CPR Certified. I have experience with disabilities as my twin younger brother and sister both suffer from a hearing loss (my sister wears a Cochlear Implant). I am very structured and responsible and enjoy crafts and sports. I volunteered at multiple elementary and middle schools over a span of 8 years and even presented at teacher workshops while there. I volunteered for 5 years with a Florida nonprofit and art exhibit, Embracing Our Differences where I led art tours for elementary through high school students visiting the exhibit. I have a car and am vaccinated. I currently work a 9-5, however I am available on weekends and weekday evenings.
