About Michelle

Hi, you can call me Elle! I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient, caring, and understanding. I am fully vaccinated, CPR/AED and First Aid certified, and I have 9 years of hands on experience with all ages. My schedule is flexible, and open to changes. I value working with kids, helping them and their parents is quite a rewarding career. I also value gentle parenting, the Montessori method, and healthy boundaries with our children. I am constantly creating activities with those I care for. In bringing fidget toys, coloring books, stickers, and an ability to match their energy, it always helps keep them motivated and excited to engage. In my spare time, I enjoy binge reading, photography, teaching my cat tricks, going on walks at the park, and learning to sew. I hope to gain knowledge in parenting, understanding, boundaries and patience with our small friends.
