About Michelle

I have my grandparents to thank for instilling in me a deep sense of patience and compassion. Connecting with older individuals comes naturally to me, and while I may not always be the most talkative, I pride myself on being a good listener. With over 30 years of experience, I've devoted my career to supporting older adults, especially those living with challenges such as Alzheimer's, dementia, aneurysms, and stroke. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, adaptable, and honest. I like caring for seniors because it gives me a true sense of purpose and is so very rewarding. I'm looking for a job that I can make a difference in someone's life. I started caring for seniors when I was in high school living with my grandparents. In my spare time, I like to crochet, do crafts, and watch tv.
