Michelle was GREAT. I had an "outlier" request for her. Transportation to the Stillwater, OK Airport from the OKC area. She was very prompt to respond and easy going and courteous when I initially inquired about the ride. On the day of the trip, she and her husband picked me up punctually, and during the ride to the Stillwater airport, they both went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and we all had a great conversation. They were very kind people. She drove very safely to the airport and made a stop so I could pick up lunch. When they dropped me off at the Stillwater airport, I felt like we were old friends even though I just met them an hour beforehand. I would highly recommend Michelle any time
