I'd describe my personality as reliable, servant-minded, patient I like working with kids because I have a natural knack in caring for them that helps them grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually as their own person. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support a family by minimizing the stressors that occur in life. I intend to make life better for families. In my spare time, I like to care for my grandson and serve people in my community. One thing you should know about me is that I am firm but fair when caring for your child. Children are allowed to have their own consequences based on their choices-good and bad. My skills include connecting with each child authentically. Clearly setting expectations for their behavior.
