Michelle is kind, caring, warm, loving, responsible...all the things you would look for in a caregiver. She is wonderful!!!!

I was really looking forward to meeting Michelle because her two references I called raved about her. We set up time to meet on a Sunday at 10am and when she wasn't there by 10:30, I messaged. No response. I finally reached out again on Thursday because I was worried something had happened (her ref's said she was always super punctual) and she said she was at the Hamptons with another family. Why did she offer to meet if she knew she would be at the beach?!

Michelle looked after my daughter and was loving, caring, reliable and mostly, my daughter loved her. Michelle was punctual and dependable and took all necessary precautions during this COVID time.

Michelle truly loves children and being a nanny. She has been with us for 4 years, since my older daughter was 5 months old. We knew we wanted her to care for our daughter as soon as we met her, and she immediately became part of our family.

My family is moving and the worst part by far is that we will lose Michelle. I honestly don't know what we will do without her.  

Michelle was invaluable in helping my husband and me navigate being first-time parents, and she made my transition back to work as easy as it could be. She is wonderful about sending tons of photos and videos. Michelle is early every single day and is incredibly reliable and flexible. She is amazing about finding activities, scheduling play dates, etc. 

We welcomed our second daughter 9 months ago, and Michelle has done an amazing job taking care of both girls.She loves my girls like they are her own, and they absolutely adore her.

Michelle has very warm, upbeat energy, has actively engaged my two little ones with ease infancy through early elementary years. She has my reserved little one chattering away and has been a confident guide to our more spirited child. She has wonderful instincts, and is exceptionally efficient and reliable. She is never late and is an incredibly helpful partner to me, really thinking things through and asking smart questions. I can't recommend her enough, she has been a great blessing to our family.
