I thought Michelle would be great ~ she was energetic and engaging. Unfortunately, in her short time with us she was unreliable and I was left scrambling for last-minute care multiple times before she abruptly quit the position via text with no offer to help short term until I found someone else. In her words, she was juggling too many things even though I never changed my expectations from when I hired her. Due to the manner in which she quit, and the prior instances of scrambling to find someone to cover the shifts she didn't make, I can not vouch for her reliability, professionalism, or regard for others' situations. There's a lack of respect and understanding of what her last minute actions do to a working family.
