I am a life long animal owner, of both cats and dogs. I have frequently watched animals while owners were on vacation, and have even taken their pets on vacation with me. I understand that your animal is part of your family, and you want the best care possible for them. I can give them that care, and then some. I own a female Boxer/Mix that I rescued 3 years ago (actually I am pretty sure she rescued me). If you are going away for a week or more, and your cat or under 35 pound dog gets along with mine I would be happy to care for them in my home. I work from home so they would get plenty of attention.
