I love littles! I'm that lady that's waving to your little one in the grocery store and asking how old your baby is. I notice the babies every time we go anywhere, so much so that my family teases me that I have "badar' (baby radar). I love to go to the park & beach and experience the awe of nature through the eyes of toddlers. I'm fascinated by babies and toddlers acquiring language and love to help teach them new words. I'm also crazy about helping children learn to read, from learning letters and phonics to comprehension. I'm a recently retired certified teacher with a major in language arts. I'd love to help your family care for your little one. I'm available for a regular position, up to 4 days a week, or as an on call when your nanny is sick or on vacation.
