About Michelle

Hello, my name is Michelle! I'd describe my personality as reliable, kind, and hardworking. I like working with kids because I have a big family and I thrive in the chaos that kids bring. I love to fuel creativity and I enjoy the challenges that come with helping kids reach their full potential. I started working with kids when I was 12 and started babysitting. I baby sat kids from ages 6-10 for around 4-5 years. This was also around the time my little brother was born and I took a very proactive role in his life as a care giver. My brother was unfortunately born prematurely with reactive airway disease so my family needed a lot of help keeping him safe and healthy. I went on to become a lifeguard and swim teacher for kids ages 3-12. My skills include CPR certification, diversity in age care, and my associates in psychology which allowed me to take multiple parenting and child care classes.
