We love Michelle! She became apart of the family. She is so mature for her age and so professional! Also one of the hardest workers I've ever met. She's early and reliable. We had her for half housekeeping and half nanny responsibilities and she was great! She really cared about our kids. She was a natural with our infant (7 months).
