Hi my name is Michelle I'm Flexible, organized, creative, hardworking, confident, funny, responsible, calm, patient and very active. I've been working with kids since I was 21 years old. I started by helping my uncles and family taking care of my cousins from ages around 7, 8, 12 and 16 years old. I worked in a kinder garden for a year with kids from 1 to 10 years old. I'm very perfectionist in regards to the care and needs of each child. I like to do a lot of activities outdoor, hikes, picnics, ride bikes, crafts and art with them. Also I'm a musician, I play the guitar and I sing and I love to dance. I am a strong driver since I was 16 years old. Is one of my favorite things to do too, being really helpful if you need me to taking them to school or dropping them off, taking them to the park or to the beach. "I have a driver license" I'm very responsible with my work and I'm open for a full time and part time job. I'm advanced English speaker.

Michelle is simply magical with kids! She has been with our family for almost a year and we are so lucky to have found her. She's incredibly organized, responsible, thoughtful, and responsive to any situation. She responds to all situations quickly and wisely in a manner that makes you feel calm as a parent. Michelle has also been incredible through the baby and toddler stage. She's incredibly fun and creative; always preparing a new healthy meal or tasty snack. My daughter just loves her! Each day is a new adventure in playing, singing, visiting parks, and museums. Any family would be fortunate to work with her!
