Michelle has been our household assistant since July. She helps with a myriad of things that are outside of our regular housekeeper's duties. Her weekly visits has made a huge difference in our lives. She turns up punctually every week in good spirits, ready to assist. She is not afraid to ask questions or seek clarification and is able to quickly pick up on tasks. She is proactive and often goes the extra mile. If she sees that there's something else that she can possibly assist with, she'll offer to help. We also appreciate that she makes it a point to figure out our preferences and remembers them. It is my pleasure to recommend her.
