I had a small hobby farm for several years and cared for as many as 28 animals during that time including dogs, cats, horses, goats, cows, donkeys, chickens and ducks. We've also had ferrets, guinea pigs, fish, a bird, and a hamster at different times. Animals bring so much joy! It is so fun to see their personalities and ways they try to communicate. One of the biggest struggles as a pet owner, is having help when life gets busy or we go out of town. I like providing that care to help others have less worry about their pets and avoid pets needing to be boarded in a clinic which can be so stressful for them. To be honest, though, large dogs and large and medium dogs who jump up, are a challenge for me so I may not be the best fit depending on the care needed.
