I have been working with little ones for over 14 years. My love for kids is something that always provided me with amazing experiences. I truly enjoy playing, organizing crafts and activities or simple going for a walk. I was able to experience child development at every level. And I must say I enjoy all of it. I always keep track of changes in behvaior, development milestones and emotional issues. Keeping parents always informed with daily or weekly updates. I'm firm but loving. Michelle has been absolutely amazing with our 3 boys. She's reliable, creative, caring, knows how to discipline when needed and my boys love her cooking. They really enjoy her company! I would definitely recommend her to any family.
