Michele is awesome. She has nannied for several families we know and she babysits for us regularly. The kids love her - she handles their antics with a sense of humor and still gets them to listen (a balance I still can't manage!). She always has ideas for games/outings/activities so no one is bored and, more importantly, she has that seasoned nanny expertise that enables to know who needs a quiet moment or just a hug. Michele also takes care of our dog when we're away - we trust her with *all* the members of our family.
