I've spent the last eight years working in the Middletown Public School District as a care provider for students who are handicap and require special needs. My job duties included modifying and implementing appropriate academic programs that will suit the needs of each individual student, repositioning and body transfer using a Hoyer Lift, meal preparation, daily toileting in a safe and sterile environment, teaching daily living skills, accompanying students on community outings, and encouraging appropriate social behavior. This position was very rewarding and insightful. I am a very patient person and I love to learn and to teach.

I would strongly recommend Michele to any potential employer. I know, without reservation, that she would be an asset to your organization. You would very quickly realize that hiring her is one of the best decisions anyone could make. I have worked with Michele for four years, and over that time I have gotten to know her quite well. She and I both worked with older students who were challenged with multiple disabilities. Most of these students were non-verbal, which required the staff to be particularly patient, empathetic, compassionate, and respectful. Michele was exemplary in all these qualities, and set the bar very high for the rest of us! She was always willing to work very hard, and to undertake even the most difficult and unpleasant tasks. Michele is an intelligent person, and learns new things very quickly. She shows extremely good judgment and a great deal of common sense. She is flexible and able to think on her feet, and can quickly modify plans when circumstances suddenly change. She is a remarkably pleasant person, and works very well with others as a "team player". She possesses a great deal of personal integrity, and is always trustworthy. Michele is a lovely person, and an outstanding employee.
