I started babysitting when I was 13 years old. I have 3 younger siblings that I helped care for and 2 grown sons (ages 25 & 28). I have a bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh & retired from Verizon after 32 years. Then discovered how much I enjoy nurturing and caring for children, the elderly & pets! I currently care part time for an 11-year-old. I've been with the family for 4 1/2 years & do everything required to run the household. I was my 87-year-old father's caregiver in my home for his last 2 years & have cared for many elderly parents of friends to also keep them in their home. I also love animals & pet sit. I have been told that I should have been a school teacher because of the fun, games and crafts that I enjoy doing!! I am outgoing, patient and kind and can uphold household rules, while creating a safe and fun environment to grow and thrive at any age!!
