As a certified special education teacher with over 20 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to fostering children's growth and development. I operated a home day care for 5 years while my 3 children were in elementary school. My passion for childcare stems from the desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families by providing a reliable and caring environment. I am patient, creative, and kind, and I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method to ensure they are always informed about their child's day and any potential issues that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to create a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
