I am a newly retired 49 yr old retired special Ed teacher. Mom of 2 daughters. One is a freshman at UCF, the younger is a first grader. I have vast experience with special needs caregiving as a teacher of over 26 years, including feeding, bathing, seizure disorders, cognitive disabilities, behavioral intervention, etc. I also happen to have a daughter on the autism spectrum, so I know firsthand both personally and professionally the care, patience, and skills required to assist others.
