Worked for me for over a year. Said she could things but then complained about having to do them. Shot me a message on email the night before she was due to come in the next morning saying she wouldn't be coming in. If I hadn't been checking my email, I never would have gotten the message and would have been stuck in bed with no one coming to get me up. All previous correspondences between us were texts, or phone calls. Very full of herself and oversells her abilities.
