Hi! My name is Michayla. I've been in the ECE field for 8 years. I spent 4 years in a classroom as a Lead Infant Teacher, & 4 years in an executive role as Head of HR! My husband I got married in May of 2023, and we just welcomed our own little one in April of this year! We also have an Australian Shepherd, whom we adore. My caregiving philosophy is described as "respectful parenting". Children are their own person and deserve the respect and autonomy you'd give any other human, while also allowing them to have a space to be a child; developing emotions, learning boundaries, exploring the world as it is brand new. I am a SAHM and ideally am looking to bring my 4-month-old with me. I drive a 2024 kia, with a clean driving record. I do not smoke!
