About Michaelyn

My name is Michaelyn, Micki for short, and I've spent the past decade caring for children of various ages, and I love helping them learn and grow. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide daily reports and regular updates on your child's day. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both educational and just plain fun! Some of my favorites include playing outside, playing board games, and doing puzzles together. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I have some college education and am also a mom myself! So families willing to allow care in my home or allowing my little ones to tag along with me is a plus. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, and I have experience with children ages 0-11. I'm excited to meet your family and learn more about your child care needs!
