My aim is to help the client and their family find relief, joy, and confidence knowing that their loved one is in safe hands. Michael is a rare gem in the world of caregiving! We hired Michael to assist my father with Parkinson's disease after he suffered a fall and fractured his back. He is trustworthy, patient and compassionate. He takes initiative. When he sees something that needs to be done, he does it without being asked. He genuinely cares about our Dad. He took the time to get to know him when many others seem to simply view him as a client. Michael kept my dad laughing through a very rough time in his life. As soon as he learned my father had trouble with his speech, he brought his guitar from home the very next day! They had many karaoke sessions to exercise my dad's vocals. He made sure my dad was eating, hydrating, and taking his medications at the prescribed times. My dad is a fall risk, and Michael never left his side. He kept him safe. Michael communicated clearly with family members to keep us updated during those hours we couldn't be there with our dad. We never had to worry when Michael was with our dad. I cannot recommend him enough to help care for your aging loved one!
