Michael was a caregiver for our two sons (preschooler and fourth grader) on two occasions in the past few months. My interaction with Michael during the hiring process was smooth. He responded promptly and ensured that he comes across as a trustworthy person by providing me with the information that would make me comfortable with having him taking care of our sons. Our sons got along with Michael instantly. They felt he was super fun to be with who would play with them, have a conversation with them on various topics, and keep them busy and active. He watched our children in an indoor play area and an outdoor park. Both occasions were super fun for our children. Michael is reliable, punctual, and flexible about working around any issues that come along. I highly recommend Michael!
