Hi, I'm Michaela. I'm looking to provide nature + creativity based care from our home in Ware. We have ample, beautiful land for endless outdoor exploration and learning. I have a lifetime of childcare experience and feel passionate about providing loving, creative, silly and safe place for kids to be themselves. I'm a mom myself, to a sweet and spirited 2-year-old who is enamored by other kiddo(s) and would love to grow with yours. I cannot speak highly enough of Michaela’s care of our son from the age of 4 months old to 2 years old. She is very professional. She keeps communication open and ensures she follows preferred schedules for sleep and feeding, etc. She keeps us updated with sweet pictures and videos throughout the day. She is always willing to have an open discussion about any concerns. Beyond professional, she is warm and kind. She shows just as much love (if not more ;)) to our child as she does her own. Her little one is the sweetest human, full of love and we have only found it beneficial to have him there with her. Our little loves him and the two of them have created such an amazing bond. Michaela’s calm demeanor, genuine curiosity and ability to hold space for emotions created a safe environment to nurture our child. It makes it that much easier for me to leave for work when I see the smile on my son’s face when he knows Michaela and her son are coming to watch him for the day. I know he is in capable loving hands and that peace of mind is irreplaceable as a parent.
