Michaela is always on time and reliable. She is great with my infant daughter and never seems to be stressed out when my daughter has a bad/fussy day. She keeps me updated throughout the day and isn't afraid to ask questions when an issue comes up. I can tell she truly cares about my daughter and her well being!!
