About Michaela

Hi, my name is Michaela! I am 20 years old and currently working for a wonderful family but wouldn't mind a second. I have about five years of paid experience but 10 altogether. I am the oldest of four and have looked after each of them. I have multiple private families that I have babysat for as well. I prioritize communication with parents, ensuring they're informed about their child's day and any concerns I might have. My ability to enforce household rules creates structure and a safe environment. I'm most comfortable caring for two children at a time. In addition to English, I am teaching myself Spanish and American Sign Language. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and supervised swimming.
