For nearly three years beginning in August 2021 through May 2024, Michaela provided full-time care for our daughter and continues to be our go-to babysitter whenever we need her. From the start, she has been an incredible caregiver—nurturing and fun while also fostering independence and keeping her on track. She has a natural ability to engage with kids at their level, understanding their unique needs and adjusting her approach accordingly. Michaela brings great ideas to the table and fully supports age-appropriate learning through play, making every day both enjoyable and enriching. Her balance of warmth and structure creates the perfect environment for growth, exploration, and fun. We are so grateful for the love and care she has shown our daughter, and we highly recommend her to any family looking for a dedicated, thoughtful, and experienced caregiver!
